Delivery Options
We deliver, we support, we recycle.
Courier Delivery
- Our chairs are delivered FOC to UK mainland, boxed. They are assembled by simple push fit or 3 bolt assembly.
- Our courier option delivers your item(s) to a ground floor entrance in a location of your choice.
- Please check lead time information on each product page.
- Delivery by courier usually takes 1-2 days from dispatch and we will send a tracking number upon dispatch.
- Delivery of products by courier requires a signature upon receipt. Please sign as ‘unchecked’.
- Ensure you advise us of any damage, loss or faults within 24 hours to ensure a valid return claim. See our returns policy for more information.
- Our ‘white glove’ full delivery and assembly service allows you to book in your delivery time and date. Your chair will be delivered and fully assembled at your address, packaging removed.
- Delivery and assembly takes slightly longer as your delivery is scheduled in geographically. It usually takes 3-4 days from dispatch. Our delivery and assembly company will contact you to book in the delivery on a suitable date and a time slot will be confirmed.
- This service is mainland UK only, sadly not currently available for Highlands and Islands
Charges
For mainland UK all deliveries are FOC (including the Isle of Wight). We charge a flat rate on Scottish Highlands and Islands deliveries, including Northern Ireland of £30.00 per chair including Vat. Eire and Europe POA.
