Barod is the Welsh word for ‘Ready’. Our aim is to support anyone who is ready to change and to make a difference to their own lives or the lives of others by providing high-quality, free and confidential support and guidance to anyone who is affected by drug or alcohol use, either their own or someone else’s; and raise awareness about the ways we can all help to reduce the harm caused by substance use.
Requirements
We were called in to help Barod to recommend and source appropriate ergonomic seating solutions for individual users in their offices across South and West Wales. Barod needed a solution partner to streamline their ergonomic seating selection process. Barod conducts individual assessments, which recommend the individual seating requirements for their employee depending on their specific postural needs.

Our Solution
Barod’s requirement for individual recommendation depending on the individual’s varying postural requirements is smoothly integrated with our wide and varied ranges of ergonomic seating. Our ranges cover sizes from petite to large and tall and with the addition of customisation options to suit specific and individual end user requirements we ensure we recommend and supply very simply the best product for the end user. Chairs fit the user, help alleviate postural issues and promote active sitting, to improve breathing and circulation and stimulate muscles.

From initial consultation and recommendation to supply and assembly, Ergonomic Chairs-Direct Ltd have been a breath of fresh air, simplifying our process no end.Assessments were something we were having to dedicate more time to and now we just send the reports to Ergonomic Chairs-Direct with the individual’s seating requirements.
