How Long Does Delivery Take?

Next Day Dispatch

We have a wide range of chairs available on next day dispatch for those in a hurry. These cover all size ranges and postural requirements with ‘fully loaded’ chairs to mesh chairs. As they are in stock in black and ready to dispatch. We are also able to offer them with a helpful discount!

Express

Our Express range also covers sizes for petite users to large and tall. They can be tailored to your needs in terms of fabric options, seat slides and castors specific to your surroundings. These are on a 5 day dispatch.

Build Your Own Chair

If you are building your own chair to suit your specific requirements across all ranges, we manufacture in 10 working days and dispatch on the next working day. We try to keep the lead time to a minimum, as we know how important and urgent many requirements are.

All of our direct deliveries leave us on 1-2 day delivery with our courier and tracking numbers will be provided.

White Glove Delivery and Installation

We also offer a ‘White Glove’ delivery and installation service. You will be contacted by our installation team to book in your delivery. Your new chair will be delivered to your door, assembled and all packaging removed.

Manufacture time is the same time, and delivery on the White Glove service adds on 4-5 days.

****Please can this be added on as an option at the checkout? It is a new service we are bringing in. The cost is £30.00 plus Vat. Highlands and Islands are exempt sadly….(POA)

Do You Have a Showroom Where I Can Try The Chairs?

YES! Our showroom is in Hamilton, Leicester. Visits are very welcome but need to be booked. Please contact us to book in. We will give you help and advice when you come to try all of our lovely chairs.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Delivery costs are all included. No extra charges apply for UK mainland delivery. Sorry but for ‘Highlands and Islands’ there is a slight additional cost from our couriers which we keep to a minimum but have to pass on. This is calculated at the checkout.

What Happens if my Item is Damaged or Faulty?

In the very unlikely event the item is faulty we will collect it, handle all delivery charges, and either refund it or provide you with a replacement. Please report this within 7 days of delivery.

How Difficult is Assembly?

Your new chair will arrive boxed, for push fit (and with Elite 3 bolt) assembly. A QR code will take you to assembly and user instructions. It is very simple! Our chairs are built to last and they are heavy, so we do recommend 2 person assembly to help with the lifting! We also offer our ‘White Glove’ assembly service if you would like your new chair assembled for you and all packaging removed.

Do You Offer Environmentally Friendly Chairs?

We are delighted that on average up to 99% of the materials used in the manufacture of our chair can be recycled. We have recently developed and enhanced our manufacturing techniques and our chairs now have an ‘E’ badge in the centre of the back. This allows them to be totally glue-less.

QR codes on all chairs also allows users to access operating and assembly instructions without the need for printed sheets.

We constantly strive towards continual improvement in our environmental performance.

Do You Offer Fabric Samples?

To make sure you select the right colour and texture we offer fabric samples free of charge. Please pop a message through to us with your name and address and we will post out the full shade cards to you.

We also have a wide range of specialist fabrics, anti microbial, anti bacterial for the healthcare sector, vinyl and leather and natural wool and linen. If you would like samples or further information please drop us a line. We can send pdf’s, shade cards, specification arrange for samples to be posted.

For companies, charities and individuals looking to buy larger numbers of chairs please do contact us to discuss your requirements. We promise to help wherever we can!

Opening an Account

We are very happy to open an account to companies wishing to pay on invoice rather than through the website (we also take card payment over the phone). Please do call or pop and email or chat through to us to arrange opening your account for easier purchasing.
